1. Agreement to Terms

By entering Vape & More, purchasing products, or using any services provided by the store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions, all posted store policies, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

2. Age Requirements

Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase vape, tobacco, nicotine, or related products.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all age-restricted purchases.

Vape & More reserves the right to refuse service to anyone unable or unwilling to verify their age.

3. Product Use & Customer Responsibility

All products sold by Vape & More are intended for lawful, personal use only.

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate products, flavors, and nicotine levels.

Vape devices, batteries, and e-liquids must be used only as directed.

Vape & More is not liable for injuries, damages, or health issues arising from misuse, negligence, modification, or improper handling of any product.

4. No Guarantee of Performance

Disposable vapes and electronic nicotine devices vary in lifespan and performance.

Vape & More does not guarantee:

Puff count

Battery longevity

Flavor duration

Satisfaction with taste, strength, or intensity

All performance expectations come from manufacturer specifications, not store guarantees.

5. Purchases, Payments & Final Sales

Once a transaction is completed, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise by an authorized employee or the owner at the time of purchase.

Customers must review their purchase before leaving the store.

Vape & More is not responsible for:

Incorrect product selections

Flavor preferences

Buyer’s remorse

Lost or misplaced items

6. Defective Products

(Not the same as Returns/Exchanges — this remains a standard legal defect disclosure)

Defects must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.

Items must be returned with:

Original receipt

Original packaging

No physical damage or signs of misuse

Approved defective items will be exchanged for the same product only.

No refunds, store credit, or alternative exchanges will be issued for defective products.

7. Pricing & Inventory

Prices may change without notice.

Inventory quantities and availability vary.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vape & More is not responsible for:

Personal injury

Property damage

Fires or battery malfunctions

Health complications

Misuse of products

Any damages arising from the purchase or use of store merchandise

Customers assume full responsibility for safe handling and operation of any device.

9. Security, Conduct & Compliance

Theft, fraud, tampering, or abusive behavior will result in refusal of service and prosecution.

Customers must comply with posted rules and follow reasonable staff instructions.
